bioness systemThe L300 Go system lifts your foot if you have drop foot, which can occur as a result of diseases of the central nervous system such as multiple sclerosis and infantile cerebral palsy or after a stroke. This improves your gait pattern, making it smoother and safer. The L300 Go stimulates the nerves that the central nervous system can no longer control. This is done using functional electrical stimulation with small electrical pulses. One electrode controls two stimulation channels. They are simply placed on your lower leg with a cuff and ensure that dorsiflexion is well balanced. If the knee is also unstable, the L300 Go can also trigger knee flexion and extension with an additional surface stimulator.

Features:

Multi-channel stimulation ensures well-balanced dorsiflexion.
The L300 Go also provides support in case of knee instability.
Intelligent 3D motion detection generates the stimulating pulse at exactly the right time.
An app can control the dorsiflexion system and measures your activity.

C Leg right side view
Presenting with numerous innovative features, the C-Leg 4 empowers the user to tackle anything that daily life has to offer, from stairs and ramps, to varying terrains and even walking backwards.

With each movement the knee makes, its integrated microprocessor receives and processes sensor signals, intelligently controlling the knee in real time.

Bluetooth®  - The C-Leg 4's integrated Bluetooth® technology means that it can communicate directly with your devices, allowing it to connect and disconnect with ease.

Inertial Motion Unit (IMU) - Inside the C-Leg 4 sits an IMU made up of gyroscope and acceleration sensors - this allows the knee's processes to be measured and controlled based on motion analysis.

Hydraulic Unit  - The C-Leg 4's intelligent hydraulic unit is responsible for controlling the knee, continuously modifying resistance against flexion and extension during the stance and swing phase, responding to the needs of the patient.

New Carbon Frame Design  - Constructed using strong, high-grade and lightweight carbon, to carry you through daily life and protect the electronics - whilst the hydraulic unit and the battery lie inside the housing of the knee.

ALLUX™ is the world’s first polycentric microprocessor stance-and-swing-phase controlled knee. The unique concept boasts a dual safety system based on inherent polycentric stability factors and microprocessor control. The polycentric design’s greater toe clearance means less risk of stumbling; however, in case of a stumble, the microprocessor immediately increases the hydraulic resistance to prevent the knee from sudden buckling.

  • Weight limit: 275 lbs (125 kg)
  • Knee weight: 1510g
  • Height: 294mm
  • Build height: 287mm
  • Max. flexion: 155 degrees
  • Water resistance: IP42
  • Battery life: approx. 4 days (5,000 steps per day on prosthetic side)
  • Application range: low to high activities

pro flexpivot
All Pro-Flex feet feature a unique and proprietary 3-blade design with a footblade that incorporates a full effective toe lever and a more anatomical split toe. This innovative design helps generate exceptional toe-off energy and a fluid, natural progression from heel strike to toe-off. Now available with heel-height adjustability.

Pro-Flex® Pivot

Pro-Flex Pivot is a prosthetic foot that uses complementing levers connected through pivots to create mechanically-powered push off. Combining 27° of ankle motion and significantly greater ankle power than conventional carbon fiber feet, it closely mimics regular biomechanics, delivering a proven 11% reduction in load on the contralateral limb.

Mechanically-powered push off
27° of ankle motion
Sound-side protection by reducing load and impact by 11% and 15% reduction in external knee varus moment
Natural progression of center of pressure, closely mimics the natural foot
Higher patient satisfaction

Össur recommends using Pro-Flex Pivot in conjunction with the sleeveless vacuum suspension system Unity®, which adds minimal weight and no extra build height, and does not interfere with Pro-Flex dynamics. Unity is designed to provide secure suspension in combination with Iceross Seal-In® technology, while stabilizing volume fluctuations and maintaining comfortable socket fit throughout the day.
