Prostek is South Australia’s largest, private Clinical Orthotic and Prosthetic service provider. We are made up of a team of Clinicians (Prosthetists & Orthotists), Technicians and Administrative staff. Our Prosthetists & Orthotists have professional qualifications, are AOPA (Australian Orthotic and Prosthetic Association) members and participate in continuing professional development.

Prostek offers a complete Orthotic and Prosthetic Service including:

  • Upper and lower extremity and Spinal Orthotics
  • Upper and lower extremity Prosthetics
  • Patient Assessment, Prescription, Fitting, Education and Review
  • Outpatient and Inpatient services

Patients are seen by appointment and generally require a referral to Prostek from Medical Specialists, GP’s or other Allied Health Professionals.

Our professional, clinical facility is located at Mile End South where we also have our technical manufacturing laboratory and administration. With car parking at the front door and no stairs or ramps to negotiate, our rooms are easy and stress free to access.
